Sports massage is designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. There are three contexts in which sports massage can be useful to an athlete: pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment.*

A special massage for mothers-to-be. Women can lie on their side supported all around with pillows, enabling stress reduction and minimizing tension in muscles.

Benefits:
• Relief from muscle cramps, spasms, and myofascial pain, especially in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs. • Reduces stress on weight-bearing joints.
